  • Spanish motorways are mostly toll roads but in most cases you can avoid all motorways on toll-free roads.
  • If you're on the road for a long time, you may run out of gas. Note that you need a special adapter to connect Spanish gas bottles.
  • If possible, you should also refuel in Spain as it is usually more expensive in Germany.
  • Of course, you can take your dog with you. Especially in winter, dogs are often allowed on the beaches and campsites.
