Rent a camper Düsseldorf

October 28, 2024 -Attention: Company is insolvent. We are currently fighting to get the deposit we paid back. First we were put off for weeks and on October 27th, 2024 we received an email informing us that insolvency proceedings had been initiated. If we don't get the deposit refunded immediately, I will change the stars to the minimum. We had a Renault as a camper without a toilet. It was completely okay for 2 adults, but the camper is advertised for 4 people, who should be slim, not 1.80 m tall and have no luggage. The briefing was very informative and the nice gentleman answered questions. The delivery was also smooth. The nice employee was happy to accept our suggestions for improvement. Maybe these will also be implemented. Maybe we'll see this next time...

We booked the Wales van for 7 days at the end of October. When we picked it up, we were shown how to get into the vehicle by a friendly employee. Our vacation with the camper felt like a 12/10 for us. Everything in the vehicle worked perfectly, everything was clean, we had enough space and storage space. This will definitely not be our last trip with one OFF camper.

I loved my VW California! Great service - all with a reasonable price. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent again or recommend to all who want to campervan through Europe. I couldn’t have had a better experience from pickup till drop off! Thanks heaps - Gavin from Canada.

Truly amazing rental experience. From the beginning to the end, and in between for sure, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Rented a VW Ocean and except a few rattling sounds coming from pots and pans, the van was running smooth like a butter. A special thank you for keeping my charging cable which I dropped for three days.

We were very happy with the service we received before and after our trip. We went to different countries around europe for just over 2 weeks. We were given a brand new campervan which worked very well. Would highly recommend to anyone travelling who is looking to rent a campervan. I come from New Zealand and would come here out of all places in Germany to rent a vehicle again. Cheers to all my bros that work here keep up the good work🤙😁

The old rules still apply here - the customer is king. At Off in general it's just great! Booking, collection, handover and instruction are simply top notch. The employees on site are super nice, patient and friendly, you can also choose cool snacks (there is also gluten-free beer for free👌🏻🥹) Attention, the bike rack is solid and of good quality, but cannot be locked. It is best to take your own lock. We noticed a technical defect during the briefing, which was immediately remedied and as a gesture of goodwill we also received appropriate compensation. That's great. You feel valued and not at all taken for a ride, the prices are fair compared to the market. From now on there is only off for us 👌🏻 Attention: The entrance is currently not easy to find due to construction work. You have to go through the courtyard on the left at the bakery opposite. You can already see the logo there.

We rented Amalfi for 6 days. It had everything we needed in it (except blankets, sheets and pillows). Overall, we had a very good experience with our journey. The staff was very friendly and able to communicate in English, but they need to improve their briefing during the pick up. For instance, we had no idea about the extra water tank and the fact that we had to empty it. We had some minor issues as the car was not properly checked before we picked it up. As an example, one of the drawers was broken and despite being told that it was fixed, this was not the case. So, we had a very difficult time while driving in the beginning and had to block the drawer by using our luggages. Also, most USB ports were not working.

For our planned trip through southern Sweden we were looking for a van, ideally with a roof tent. That's how we came across the company "Off-Camper" and were immediately convinced. The best thing about it is that there are no mileage limits. You can also book an “all-round worry-free package” so that you can start your vacation with peace of mind. The pickup and drop off went smoothly and the employees were very nice. There was also a small “welcome gift” at the beginning. We are thrilled and are already planning our next vacation!

Best service I have ever received from a rental company. Delivery went smoothly. But it was when I had to return the Van that I was met by the most charming staff ever. First, I'm way too late to return, which she quickly understands and literally runs with me to finish faster so I can catch a flight. There were several things I had forgotten to do, but the lady helped me with everything. Many thanks to OFF for allowing me to rent with you and many thanks to Alma for making my journey home the highlight of my holiday. 5/5 to OFF, 10/5 to Alma for the best service. will use OFF every time, and hope Alma will be there to receive me at check-in 🤩🙏🤩

Had an absolutely lovely trip to Norway. Very very happy again!!! I can also highly recommend this station because the colleagues on site are very friendly and uncomplicated.

Everything was great from booking and handover to return! The team in Weilheim is fantastic. Super friendly and personable. Everything was explained well to us upon handover. In addition, our motorhome was technically in excellent condition. Interior very clean and well maintained, you can feel right at home! OFF's service also gave us a good feeling during our tour of Norway. We didn't need the service, but the feeling was still good. Thank you for the great holiday - we will definitely rent from OFF again.
