Wir haben das erste Mal einen Campervan bei Off gemietet und waren generell auch das erste Mal mehrere Tage mit solch einem Gefährt unterwegs. Alles hat fantastisch geklappt. Die Internetseite ist sehr ansprechend und übersichtlich gestaltet. Die Buchung war einfach. Die Abholung klappte reibungslos und völlig unkompliziert. Sehr sympathisch fand ich, dass man sich zusätzlich Getränke und Snacks aussuchen durfte (mit sowas kann man mich schon glücklich machen). Nach 15 min fuhren wir vom Hof und die Reise konnte beginnen. Unterwegs gab es keine Zwischenfälle. Wir hatten vergessen wie wir das Kochfeld in Gang bekommen, aber auf YouTube gibt es viele Erklärvideos von Off, sodass wir dieses kleine Hindernis überwinden konnten. Die Rückgabe war genauso schnell abgehandelt, wie die Abholung. Alles lief zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit und wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Off buchen!

We were very happy with the service we received before and after our trip. We went to different countries around europe for just over 2 weeks. We were given a brand new campervan which worked very well. Would highly recommend to anyone travelling who is looking to rent a campervan. I come from New Zealand and would come here out of all places in Germany to rent a vehicle again. Cheers to all my bros that work here keep up the good work🤙😁

The old rules still apply here - the customer is king. At Off in general it's just great! Booking, collection, handover and instruction are simply top notch. The employees on site are super nice, patient and friendly, you can also choose cool snacks (there is also gluten-free beer for free👌🏻🥹) Attention, the bike rack is solid and of good quality, but cannot be locked. It is best to take your own lock. We noticed a technical defect during the briefing, which was immediately remedied and as a gesture of goodwill we also received appropriate compensation. That's great. You feel valued and not at all taken for a ride, the prices are fair compared to the market. From now on there is only off for us 👌🏻 Attention: The entrance is currently not easy to find due to construction work. You have to go through the courtyard on the left at the bakery opposite. You can already see the logo there.

We rented Amalfi for 6 days. It had everything we needed in it (except blankets, sheets and pillows). Overall, we had a very good experience with our journey. The staff was very friendly and able to communicate in English, but they need to improve their briefing during the pick up. For instance, we had no idea about the extra water tank and the fact that we had to empty it. We had some minor issues as the car was not properly checked before we picked it up. As an example, one of the drawers was broken and despite being told that it was fixed, this was not the case. So, we had a very difficult time while driving in the beginning and had to block the drawer by using our luggages. Also, most USB ports were not working.

For our planned trip through southern Sweden we were looking for a van, ideally with a roof tent. That's how we came across the company "Off-Camper" and were immediately convinced. The best thing about it is that there are no mileage limits. You can also book an “all-round worry-free package” so that you can start your vacation with peace of mind. The pickup and drop off went smoothly and the employees were very nice. There was also a small “welcome gift” at the beginning. We are thrilled and are already planning our next vacation!

Best service I have ever received from a rental company. Delivery went smoothly. But it was when I had to return the Van that I was met by the most charming staff ever. First, I'm way too late to return, which she quickly understands and literally runs with me to finish faster so I can catch a flight. There were several things I had forgotten to do, but the lady helped me with everything. Many thanks to OFF for allowing me to rent with you and many thanks to Alma for making my journey home the highlight of my holiday. 5/5 to OFF, 10/5 to Alma for the best service. will use OFF every time, and hope Alma will be there to receive me at check-in 🤩🙏🤩

Everything was great from booking and handover to return! The team in Weilheim is fantastic. Super friendly and personable. Everything was explained well to us upon handover. In addition, our motorhome was technically in excellent condition. Interior very clean and well maintained, you can feel right at home! OFF's service also gave us a good feeling during our tour of Norway. We didn't need the service, but the feeling was still good. Thank you for the great holiday - we will definitely rent from OFF again.

Loved our campervan trip in Germany! Thanks OFF Camper. We loved our trip in the VW Ocean along the Baltic coast. Germany is so well set up for Wohnmobiling! The van was available and clean. Sönke did a GREAT job (both at pick up and drop off) explaining how everything worked, walking us through the van's features and going through the protocols. No issues there. Great work Sönke! The offer to take a few basics (beer and ketchup in our case) to get us started was also a nice touch. Price was also decent compared to the competition. Couple of feedback points for OFF Camper. Agree with others: 1) the included equipment is a bit basic. We were OK with it - we camp alot and brought some of our own stuff - NBD. 2) The check engine light came on in the van - the WhatsApp help line took a while to answer, but it did help (thats a good service), and suggested that we take the van to VW to diagnose. Not really impressed with this - for the amount we were renting the van for, didn't expect to have to spend time to diagnose an issue ourselves (eventually we took it back to the Off base and they plugged it in and gave us the OK - but that took time) 3) The service in the office should be better than it was. It took way more effort on our part to get someone's attention. It is a great product with lots of choice - unfortunately this means that they are popular! Our trip was a Tuesday to a Thursday, in the summer yest, but not a busy weekend. The service at the Hamburg location was OK, when we could finally get someones attention! There are a couple of other reviews here saying the same - its not clear who can help. There are 'Off people' around, who clearly were not busy, but weren't interested in engaging with customers. Even when I went looking, I was told that someone would be with me soon. Made us feel like we weren't important. Pretty poor service tbh. Enough to knock a star off sadly.

Extremely friendly and competent team, you can pick up and drop off the campers flexibly and easily, even on public holidays and throughout the day. The big campers are great, the service is impeccable as usual👍 Addendum a year later: We borrowed a camper again. We were able to adjust the booking again shortly before pickup without any problems. The team welcomed us and looked after us very well. The camper was perfect! Everything in the service was professional, confident and helpful at all times! We are really looking forward to the next trip 🍀 Oh. And it’s also a perfect adventure for the dog 😀

One of the best rental companies you can find in the area. The prices are cheaper than from others, but the service is even better. Easy procedure when booking and collecting the van. The cars are in superb condition (felt like nearly new) and very comfortable. You get unlimited millage, you get a few items like food for free at the pick up and you dont need to wash the car before returning, just normal cleaning inside. The staff is really friendly, in our case it was Mirko from Halle. Thank you so much, we had a great time!
